Corporate Event Terms & Conditions
Effective January 1, 2024
I. Our team will arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the scheduled event for brief
introductions, to begin setting up, and to answer any questions.
II. Due to COVID-19, PS Traveling Spa professionals will wear a face mask at client
request. Each guest will be required to complete a quick consultation form prior
to their massage service.
III. PS Traveling Spa will provide all sanitation supplies, linens, and equipment for
staff to complete services.
IV. All services must be performed in a temperature controlled environment to
prevent heat injuries for Spa Professionals and to provide each guest with the
best desired results.
V. PS Traveling Spa is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or broken items at
property locations before, during, or after spa events.
VI. When paid/metered parking exists, the client is responsible for a 15.00 parking
fee per therapist.
VII. If therapists must travel to multiple locations within one day for the same
company, an additional fee of 20.00 per location/per therapist will be added to the
total invoice.
VIII. A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of the total invoice, is required to secure
the date/time of the event. The remaining balance for services will be due 1 week
prior to the event start date. There are NO REFUNDS for Spa Event services.
Scheduled sessions can only be extended after all other sessions have been
completed. Services may be exchanged on a case by case basis and paid
services must be fulfilled on the event date within the event window.
IX. PS Traveling Spa only provides spa services by Licensed Professionals. We DO
NOT provide or cater to any sexually inappropriate requests, comments,
advances, favors, fantasies or innuendos.
By submitting your NON-REFUNDABLE deposit, you understand and agree to the
above (I - IX) terms and conditions.
